Ok, let’s see what has been going on since Friday….Not too much all that earth shattering, but I will do a run by.
Kevin was out of town for the weekend and so I did whatever I wanted to. Saturday I went to a movie and ate movie theater popcorn. At the time it tasted amazing, later it just gave me a belly ache. For dinner I had a great single gal meal with some great entertainment.
I had oatmeal for dinner! YUM! The regular with some additions:
-1/3 oat mix
-packet kashi oats
-container of yogurt
-whipped banana
-1/2 c pumpkin
-topped with some kashi go lean
I also had my new Runner’s world subscription show up. Perfect timing!
I took Molly for a nice long walk as she was bouncing off the walls. This is how you know a job has been done well.
She curled up on the couch right when we got home and did not move from this position:)
Sunday morning I had a nice long breakfast. I made Heather’s protein pancakes but I added about 1/2 cup pumpkin to them. I liked them better this way as they were not as rubbery.

Sunday night as you know was True Blood. It was great of course, but it just did not live up to my hyped up expectations. Oh well, I will be watching next season for sure!
Ok, now on to today…
They switched my yoga class that I attend to Tuesday mornings now. That really throws my schedule for a loop. So this morning I went to spin class followed by yoga. I am looking at it as a good opportunity to stretch my already warm muscles. But, after both of them I was thinking I might be a bit crazy:) I had a Starbucks cinnamon dolce latte to get some protein in after that marathon session. Now I just wish that I could lay on the couch for the rest of the day. But, I digress no such luck!
On the positive side, tonight is the season premier of The Biggest Loser! YEAH! I know that some people do not agree with the show and how they do things. But, for me I love seeing all of the hard work and the final transformations. Of course you have to realize that in the normal world you are not going to loose 10lb a week. But, then again I don’t have a personal trainer working me 8 hours a day followed by a strict diet regimine. Hello, I did eat movie theater popcorn people! I live in the real world, I eat in the real world, I just happen to love the show too!

Mmm, pumpkin pancakes – the perfect Fall breakfast. Glad you them as well as oats for dinner. Nothing wrong with that.
