Sunny Saturday

We had a full day planned for our Saturday.  Here is a photo run-down.

The day started off by dropping Molly off at doggy day camp

We also went to the Farmer’s Market where we purchased zucchini, snap peas, and green beans.  We were hungry so we headed to Le Peep for breakfast.

Blueberry Granola Pancakes

These were so good!  Nothing better than starting a day off with pancakes and hazelnut coffee.

We then went to volunteer our time and grilling expertise at my company’s safety day picnic.

Before grilling we did some bouncy house jumping!

We got our jumping time in before the kids showed up!

There was a slide too!

Then we got to grilling!

I practice safe meat handling! Yes, those are surgical gloves:)

Kevin in his grilling glory! He was manning three grills!

The grilling was really fun except for the fact that the wind kept shifting and blowing smoke all over.  In our hour of time we grilled over 150 burgers and roughly 50 hot dogs.

With the weather being so beautiful I saddled up and did a quick 10 mile loop.

Chipolte the Kashi way

I was craving Chipotle for dinner, but figured I should just find something at home.  I searched through the freezer and found a Kashi Ranchero bean dinner.  I microwaved it up and put it on two corn tortillas with plenty of hot sauce.  Not the same, but good none the less.

Molly loved camp!

Sad that the weekend is over, but it was a good one!  I am ready for the next one:)
